FAQ
Straight answers about our Growth Partner model and the 72-Hour Revenue Growth Blueprint.
72-Hour Revenue Growth Blueprint
A no-cost 72-hour assessment where we identify one or two high-impact opportunities and send a 2–3 minute Loom + a one-page PDF with a clear 3-step plan. No contracts, limited Alberta slots.
Owner-led Alberta SMBs (typically $250K–$1.5M CAD/yr) that want visible lift in conversion (speed/clarity/CTA), Local SEO/GBP visibility, or paid media efficiency — and can ship changes within 30–90 days.
Quick intake form (business name, website URL, location, revenue range, platform, contact preference). We review public signals and record a Loom within 72 hours. If there’s fit, we book a short call to confirm scope.
Not for the Blueprint. We only use public signals (site, GBP, search results). If you later ask us to implement, we request temporary collaborator/manager access. You remain the owner and can remove us anytime.
A 2–3 minute Loom walkthrough plus a concise PDF: (1) gaps/opportunities, (2) quick wins you can ship this week, (3) a pragmatic 3-step plan for the next 30–90 days.
Within 72 hours of submitting the form. We operate 9am–9pm daily (Alberta).
Yes. It’s our way to show thinking and fit before any commitment. Implementation and ongoing operation are scoped separately if you decide to proceed.
General
We operate one growth loop for owner-led SMBs: fast, accessible web pages that convert; pragmatic Local SEO/GBP; and paid media with clean tracking. One accountable engagement (Growth Partner).
Primarily Alberta (Calgary, Edmonton, Airdrie, Red Deer, Lethbridge). We support teams across Canada remotely when there’s a clear owner-operator and fast feedback loops.
Audit first: tracking/attribution sanity, page speed, accessibility, on-page SEO and demand capture. If landings aren’t ready, we fix foundations before turning up traffic.
Yes. If your stack meets our performance, accessibility and tracking standards, we operate it. If not, we propose minimal changes or a focused rebuild where it saves time and money long-term.
Engagement & Pricing
No. We avoid public price anchoring. Investment is aligned privately after a fit call and depends on scope, speed and channels. It’s one operating model — not a menu of buy-now packages.
Setup is a one-time implementation (you own code/content on delivery). Ongoing operation runs on a fixed retainer. Performance components (lead targets or attributable revenue share) are added only when meaningful and measurable.
Only if foundations meet our standards (tracking, landings, speed, accessibility). Otherwise we fix basics first, then scale ads. We don’t take ad-only gigs that will waste your budget.
Domains, hosting accounts, code repositories, content and ad accounts are client-owned. We request collaborator access and document hand-off — no lock-ins.
Web & Conversion
Focused builds ship in 2–6 weeks depending on scope and content readiness. We work milestone-first with weekly check-ins; delays usually come from slow content/approvals.
Yes. We target mobile Lighthouse ≥90 and WCAG 2.1 A/AA essentials on shipped templates, with trade-offs documented. Speed and clarity are non-negotiable.
You do. We deploy to client-owned accounts (Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare/Shopify). You own domain, code and content from day one.
Yes. We design forms/flows to reduce friction, wire up tracking, and run light A/B tests on headings, sections and CTAs when volume allows.
Local SEO & GBP
No one can. We focus on durable inputs — on-page improvements, GBP hygiene, reviews flow and measurement. Most SMBs see movement in 30–90 days when changes publish quickly and reviews flow steadily.
We can operate posts/Q&A and create review prompts/templates. Some clients prefer internal posting with our playbooks — either model works.
We design a location-hub structure, per-location pages, and a scalable GBP process. Scope and investment adjust by location count.
Yes. We ship LocalBusiness/FAQ schema where relevant and track calls, forms and bookings with GA4 + Search Console goals.
Paid Media
Audit & tracking sanity → keyword/angle research → initial structure → a data phase at ~ $50/day to learn → active query mining and negatives. Then we optimize bids, budgets and landings based on real data.
Yes. We run light A/B tests on copy/CTAs/sections and reduce friction on forms/checkout to lift ROAS/MER. Ads and CRO move together — otherwise you’re paying for clicks to a leaky page.
Only after the data phase shows signal with clean attribution. We scale deliberately, protect efficiency, and document what changed and why.
Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube when justified), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Microsoft Advertising when incremental demand exists.
Support, Privacy & After Launch
Operation includes continuous optimization, issue logs, dashboards and insight reports (what changed, impact, next). Emergency fixes and small changes are handled via a ticket queue with defined SLAs.
9am–9pm daily (Alberta). Emergency support is available for existing clients with critical issues.
We’re PIPEDA-aware. We collect minimal personal data, use client-owned systems, and provide revocable access. Sensitive credentials are stored in your vault or shared securely — never via email.
We monitor, triage and fix critical issues. Bugs introduced by our work are covered; third-party/out-of-scope incidents are handled promptly with a clear change order.
